Clair Lee Lynn, 74

Clair Lee Lynn, 74, of Lagro, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018, at 9:52 am at Lutheran Hospital.

He graduated from Urbana High School in 1961. He was a farmer, worked for Wabash County ASCS (FSA), and was a crop loss adjuster for Federal Crop Insurance & several private companies including John Deere Insurance. He did volunteer work for the Gene Stratton- Porter Hopewell Foundation. 

He was a member of St. Paul’s County Line Church.  In June 1992, he received an Administrator’s Award for service in agriculture for Distinguished Individual Achievement in the ASCS & FCIC from USDA.  He was a good son and brother.

Clair was born June 16, 1943, in Huntington County, the son of Ralph H. and Mary Lucile (Rudig) Lynn.  He is survived by a sister, Barbara Lynn, of Lagro. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Richard Jo Lynn, and a sister, Carolyn Marie (Lynn) Hegel. 

Visitation and services were Friday, March 23, at St. Paul’s County Line Church, Andrews.  Pastor Conrad Thompson will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Paul’s County Line Cemetery.
